While we make every effort to stay informed of the latest developments, S.A Studio Pty Ltd. cannot guarantee that designs will remain compliant if regulations change after the design has been completed. Clients may need to seek amendments to designs or approvals in response to regulatory changes.
3. Development Approvals: Obtaining Development Approval (DA) or Complying Development Certificate (CDC) from the relevant authorities is the client's responsibility. While S.A Studio Pty Ltd. can assist in preparing documentation, we do not guarantee approval from local councils or certifying authorities. While we strive to ensure that our designs meet the regulatory requirements, we cannot guarantee approval from local councils, private certifiers, or other relevant authorities. Any changes in planning controls, council requirements, or interpretation of regulations that occur after the design process may impact the approval process. We recommend that clients engage with the local council and other relevant authorities early in the design process.
4. Third-Party Consultants: Any recommendations or referrals to third-party consultants (e.g., engineers, surveyors, contractors) are provided for convenience. S.A Studio Pty Ltd. does not assume liability for the services provided by these third parties.
5. Cost Estimates: All cost estimates provided during the project are approximations based on industry standards and current market conditions in New South Wales. Actual costs may vary due to factors beyond our control. Clients are advised to obtain independent cost estimates before proceeding with construction.
6. Liability: S.A Studio Pty Ltd. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services provided. The client assumes full responsibility for the final decisions made regarding the project.

11. Intellectual Property: All designs and documents provided by S.A Studio Pty Ltd. remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Unauthorized use or reproduction of these materials is prohibited.
